Summit Management is excited to announce a new student housing development to be located next to The University of Akron Campus. EnVision Apartments will be built from the site of the East Crown apartments on Grant and Sherman Streets. The complex will give priority to upper classmen that require bigger living space and on-site parking. EnVision will be the first student housing alternative to focus on “Green Minded” living and the environment at the university.
